New Trick

Addie loves laying in the floor in front of the TV, and last night she started turning herself around to face the TV. I'm still not sure how she is doing this, but now every time we lay her down there she does it.

This week Mark also brought home a rabbit for me to take some pics of Addie with. When he walked in the door with the rabbit in a pet taxi, I was a little scared. This rabbit was bigger than I had imagined, and wasn't nice to say the least. In the pics below P-Paw is having to hold the rabbit,but luckily we where able to hide his arm with the flowers. I was very pleased at how well they turned out. Addie is holding on like a lil baby monkey!!

Her shirt says (Whishin I was Fishin with Grandpa). He got her this in Savannah last year.

DJ and Lexie came and spent the last night with Addie. This morning we went to the park and to WalMart. When we got home we went outside so I could try to teach Lexie a back handspring. This is DJ trying to do a cartwheel.

For all of you wondering I can still do a back handspring and Lexie and DJ are my witnesses. I probably won't be able to get out of the bed in the morning, because I used muscles today that I haven't in a long time (ha ha). I enjoy having the girls here and they are really good help with Addie. Lexie has finally figured how to get her to sleep and DJ knows just how to wake her up!!!

Last night Casey, Randa an Layne came over for supper and so the guys could play xbox360. Randa and I decided to dress the girls up and try to take some pictures. Layne did very good, Addie on the other hand was not up for it.I guess yellow just isn't her color!!!!

I can just imagine the trouble these 2 are going to cause as they get older.

Happy Friday 13th

Addie and I are so ready for the warm weather. We have been stuck inside the past few days and Addie isn't happy about it. Although, we did go eat supper with granna and P-paw last night. Addie has been running a low grade temp the past few days , so I'm sure that is the cause of the fussiness. BabyLayne is coming for a visit tonight and hopefully we will get to do a photo session with them both.

Discovery

Addie has discovered a new toy that she got for Christmas from Uncle Josh. She is finally starting to grow into it. She also enjoys looking out the window and enjoying the fresh air.

Happy 3 Months

I can not believe it has been 3 months. It has gone by so fast and Addie has grown so much. I love her more than I ever thought possible. I love everything about her, her big smile, the way she says I GGOOOODDD, the way she watches me when she's laying in the floor and I'm picking up the living room, and I could go on and on.

This afternoon we went to Hunts with Granna and P-Paw. Addie got a few cute summer clothes(thanks granna and ppaw). And they took us to eat at OG'S (Olive Garden) Addie's soon to be favorite.

Finally

Granna, P-paw and Josh came by last night and I put them to work while they were here.I finally got Addie's letters for her room painted. Mom help me paint them and daddy put the ribbon on and helped me hang them. I have had these letters since before Addie was born, not sure why I waited so long.

I also finally got a few other pics hung around the house and a junk room cleaned out. Mark wasn't sure at which point I was going to stop. But, I really appreciate all the help and we were able to get some things done that really needed to be finished.

And finally, on another note (since it has been a week since my last post), we had a very good weekend. Addie spent the day and night Sat. with my parents. Because of the weather Sunday, we didn't have church. She is also sleeping on average 9-10 hrs a night and last night she didn't even wake up wanting her paci. She will be 3 months old this week (hard to believe) and she has grown and changed so much. She is beginning to laugh instead of just grinning(which she does all the time). I just can't believe how fast time is growing by. Well, got to go she is ready for her morning nap!!!
