A Little Cold

Addie has had a head cold for about a week now, and it's about to drive me us crazy. I know she doesn't look very sick here, that's because she seems to feel fine during the day and sick at night.
Here is my big girl truly holding her bottle for the first time!!!

Addie and Layne wore matching outfits to church Sunday. I'm sure this will be the first of many. They looked so cute, if I do say so myself!!!!

Well got to go, Rikki and Luke are on their way over for a play date. Thanks for checking in on us.

Warm Weather

I am so glad it finally feels like spring outside!!! Addie and I have really enjoyed being able to get outside. We have had a pretty good week. Luke and Rikki came by for a play date on Wed.(somehow I didn't get any pictures), and Thurs. night Addie went to her first play. It was a drama of Peter Pan and it was very good, props to Aunt Donna and her Drama Club. And then today we went to see Big Nana and Papa.

She didn't like the grass or the sun!!

This bucket is Tank's (our dog) water bowl, but I did clean it before I put her in it.

Baby Food

I started Addie on baby food this week and as you can see she is not a fan!!!

Easter Sunday

Our photo sessions where a little rushed due to the fact that I needed to rest, but we did manage to get a few good pictures. We had a pretty busy day. We went to church this morning, then Granny JuJu came to the house and fixed us some lunch and spent the day with Addie and Mark. Later in the afternoon Addie went to Big Nana's with Granna and P-paw. Mark couldn't go because he's on call for his work. I know that we both missed a really good meal.

First Play Date of Many

Well not really, more like a visit, but soon to be play dates!!! And I can't wait!!!! Addie and Luke where really good, which gave me and Rikki some much needed adult time. I know that we are going to have so much fun in the years too come and these 2 are going to be such good friends. Addie was so patient while I took a couple of pics. She didn't seem to mind cuddling with Baby Luke.

Much Better

After 12hrs, many outfit changes(for the both of us), and many many dirty diapers, I think Addie is feeling much better. I'm not sure if she had a virus or was sick from the shots yesterday,but she has not vomited since around 9:00 this morning. We also tried juice and cereal last night, so that may have contributed to the sickness.

On another note, we went to the Dr. yesterday. Addie weighed 14lbs 3oz. Dr. Patz said she was doing great. He also didn't seemed very concerned about our ongoing diaper rash,but did suggest something else we could try. I really hope it works.

4 MONTHS

My sweet baby girl is 4 months old today. Mark and I can't believe it. Where has the time gone?It seems like Addie has grown so much in the past 2 weeks. She is starting to hold on to her toys, loves her Johnny Jumper, and is getting ready to rollover. I thank God for her everyday. We go to the Dr. Monday to get shots. We are also going to go to the mall to meet the Easter Bunny!!!!

Baby Luke

Baby Luke born yesterday at noon. 7lbs 7oz 19.5 inches.
Rikki had to have a C-section, but is doing great.
