Training

Mom and I started training for a 5k marathon yesterday. The Liz Hurley Ribbon Run is Oct 17, so we have 3 wks. We ran/walked in 2 min intervals for 30 mins, and will increase daily. It wasn't as hard/bad as we I thought it would be. If anyone wants to donate money for the run, feel free. We are running with a team from church and our goal is to raise $200.
